–Discuss two major U.S. Supreme Court cases related to affirmative action plans in the private (business) sector. In your discussion be sure to cover how these decisions relate to HRM policies and procedures.

You are required to complete a research paper for this class. The topic of the paper will be:
Police Discretion
Please submit a four (4) page paper that will discuss the above listed topic. Your paper will first define police discretion. Discuss the positive uses of discretion.
