Week 8 – Assignment: Optimize and Complete Your Strategic PlanThe Signature Assignment in this course is intended to create a strategic plan for a business of your choice. The business may be a company for which you currently work or a business in which you would eventually like to work. It is also recommended that you choose a company with which you are familiar, and you know you have the ability to research because of your personal experience with the company or because there is information readily available (e.g., Apple, Walmart, Target, Ford, etc.). In each week, the weekly introductions, class readings, and assignment will relate directly to the strategic plan you are creating. Each individual assignment, which is due weekly, will be used to create your Signature Assignment, due in Week 8.The Signature Assignment is in the form of a PowerPoint presentation in which you will compile all previous assignments into a presentation that you will make to your senior leadership team. For each previous assignment, you have received instructor feedback which you should incorporate into this final assignment. Ensure the five key components that support change and deliver success are woven throughout the presentation. In your presentation, be sure to include the following:
Summarize the strategic questions and brief responses to each.
Summarize the tactical and operational questions and offer brief responses to each.
Analyze your customers.
Analyze your competitors.
Summarize your communication plan to employees.
Support your presentation with a minimum of five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 15-20 slides (with a separate reference slide)
Notes Length: 200-350 words for each slide
References: minimum of 5 scholarly resources.
Your presentation should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect graduate-level writing and APA standards. Be sure to adhere to Northcentral University’s Academic Integrity Policy.Due Date
