Choose what you think would be the best way to morally justify the act of terrorism, according to the various ways Primoratz discusses in chapters 4-6. (2) Is the act of terrorism morally justifiable along rights-based defenses of the act (chapter 5)? Why or why not? (3) Would the act of terrorism be morally justified by Primoratzs defense of terrorism in the face of supreme emergency (chapter 6), which he defines defensible when it is the only way a political community can avoid their extermination or ethnic cleansing and that it would be successful in adverting a moral disaster?
