2. Briefly describe and then critically analyse the current strategic performance

return to some degree of environmental fit.

You have discretion regards consultants briefing report design and format, however
the report must include the following sections:
o Front Cover
o Executive Summary
o Tasks 1-4
o References
o Appendices
Consider where you will present your engagement with the analysis tools in task 1.
Consider how you will present the key strategic performance findings in task 2.
Consider how you will present your initial EVR type organisation, and how you will
present your suggestions to return New World Innovations back to some degree of
environmental fitness? This can be within main findings or in appendices or a mix
between both.
