Please explain why child abuse is a public health problem. That is, discuss at least four mental and/or physical health problems for which abuse is a risk factor. Discuss the potential plausible mechanisms by which child abuse can result in health problems. Please use at least three reputable, recent sources. Apply an individual level theory to one of the following health issues: Suicide rates among White American males or cervical cancer among Hispanic/Latino American females. Summarize your chosen theory and describe and provide examples of important components that would need to be included in an intervention to address your chosen health issue based on that theorys constructs.
