Create a formal report about your data review, manipulation and data presentation. Include tables and narrative to explain the data and to identify trends. Based on your evaluation of the data, make a least one recommendation for a performance improvement initiative. Describe the initiative using a PI methodology (specifically related to work flow and design) and be sure to discuss how the recommendation can contribute to the overall quality improvement plan for the hospital. You should also develop a collection tool to validate data, as a part of your performance improvement recommendation.
