Rachel comes from a family with a history of breast cancer on her mothers side. Rachels mother died of breast cancer when she was very young. Rachel has two sisters, Lisa and Kristin. Rachel has remained close to Lisa, but she no longer has a relationship with Kristin. the last 8 weeks of her pregnancy, with commonly high BSLs recorded. Sally was induced for
hypertension related to her pregnancy at 38 weeks gestation. The membranes were artificially
ruptured 4 hours prior to delivery and she was GBS negative. She received an oxytocin infusion
and an insulin infusion with her BSLs within normal ranges during labour. Taylor was born
vaginally with Apgars of 7 at 1 minute and 8 at 5 minutes. Sallys partner Stuart was present for
the birth. A birth weight of 4.1 kilograms was recorded. Sally had immediate skin to skin contact
