Using concepts from the readings/workshop, describe two specific examples each of how XBLO could or does (1) learn from others who are outside XBLO and (2) learn from past experience within XBLO. 2. Tolerance for Failure
A lot of the discussion groups in XBLO concluded that a little bit of failure is okay to tolerate, but allowing bigger failures would encourage employees to be lazy or less careful. Use concepts from the articles and learning module to make the argument that in learning organizations this conclusion is unlikely to be the outcome.3. Psychological Safety
Using the concepts from the readings and learning module, analyze what contributed to XBLO being psychologically safe, and identify examples or symptoms to the contrary and use concepts to indicate what would need to change in order for it to be even more psychologically safe. 4. Communities of Practice
Assessment of the answers will be on:use of concepts beyond the topics name, accurately applied to the analysis. higher points to those analyses that provide insight and go beyond simply naming concepts. Those that use fewer concepts will rate lower than those that embed more, as long as the latter is done with thought, insight, and purpose to enhance the analysis.

The responses to each *question* will be sorted into four piles with nearly all responses in the first three: 1 best/comprehensive, 2 average/meets expectations, and 3 weaker/needing more, 4 missing concepts/not acceptable. From there, each of the first three piles will be further stratified to determined answers within that group that are the above average, average, or below average.
