In discussion and examination of the event, the student will complete a root cause analysis and develop a plan-do-study-act (PDSA) project. Students are to create a slideshow that contains a complete a fish bone diagram, root cause analysis, PDSA elements, stakeholder and force field analysis.
The second part will be a powerpoint with pictures and information used in the paper.
Students will present their findings and plans in a 10-12 minute presentation.
