The term report is an individual assignment. You must select one company that
produces a consumer good or service; you could pick anything from a local pizza shop
to a major airline. You will construct a profile of its place in the economy. In addition to
providing a brief introduction to the companys operations and product(s), you should
answer the following three questions and provide a justification for your responses:

Your report should be written in prose / paragraph form (not in point form). Your report
should be double-spaced in 12 pt. Arial font on Letter Size paper with one inch
margins on all sides. Paragraphs should be justified. Your report must be written in
formal English with proper spelling and grammar; the use of contractions (isnt, wont,
wouldnt, etc.) and the use of slang terminology is not acceptable in a formal report. You
must also avoid the use of figures of speech; each phrase you write should have a
literal intended meaning. All references to external materials used should be cited using
APA or Harvard (author, date) citation style.
A word count should be listed on the title page. The word count refers only to the body
text. Titles, quotations, footnotes, endnotes, and bibliography are not included in the
word count.
