Management of Patient Access

Managing patient access has become both expensive and problematic. Discuss how a physician would manage patient access to care and contrast this with how an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) manages patient access to care. Discuss the pros and cons of each. Clearly outline the type of restrictions and limits of the new ACO paradigm.

Background info: Throughout the years, scientists have engaged in an array of ethically questionable research endeavors possessing dubious scientific value or validity. From the Nazi experimental trials to Stanley Milgram to the Tuskegee experiments, scientists have engaged in ethically unsound research in the name of progress or curiosity. The intelligentsia knew they could but failed to ask whether they should.
