. After viewing each film write a cohesive and critical essay outlining the key events and relationships to our course. An example of a successful paper could discuss and compare the global financial crises of 2008 with the experience of the Great Depression of the 1930s. Or you can focus greater effort onto global and domestic events from the 90’s and 00’s leading up to the 2008 crisis. Again the term paper should provide a succinct summary of the salient points of the films and draw from class lectures, discussions and readings as much as possible.
The term paper should be around 6-8 (double spaced and 12 font sized) pages long and turned in via canvas October 16 (Yes this is during fall break, however you may turn it in early). A grading rubric is provided at the bottom of page 2.
