To achieve a successful project experience and outcome, you are expected to synthesize your project components into a strategic framework that links planning to service operations. Your text and other materials provided throughout the course are great references for your synthesis project. They will help you incorporate additional concepts into your strategic management plan.

Consult the report outline on page 421 in Appendix A of your text to determine the elements that should make up the body of your paper. A minimum of 10 references must be cited in the body of your plan. These references should be in an APA-formatted reference list.

The key to successful completion of your final project is applying the concepts learned in the course. The components you have completed in the course thus far should be incorporated into your final project. Though the length of the final project may vary, a good target is 12–15 pages, not including the title page, table of contents, and reference page.
