Select one of the four case studies presented in this weeks Learning Resources, and answer the following points as if you were a person-centered counselor.

Presenting Problem
Treatment Goals
Identification and explanation of at least two techniques and interventions
Expected OutcomeFor this Discussion, you will write a case conceptualizatio, but this time as though you were a person-centered counselor. A case conceptualization is a report that is written by a counselor to explain presenting problems, establish goals, plan interventions, and identify expected outcomes. Use the Freudian Case Presentation example (attached docoments)
Note techniques and interventions, and consider the role of a person-centered counselor in planning treatment. Further, reflect on person-centered therapy with respect to developing your own theoretical orientation. In what ways do you find that person-centered therapy resonates with your own point of view? Review the person-centered expressive arts therapy video from this week’s Learning Resources. Take note of language and techniques used by the counselor that are specific to this theory.

A communication event analysis paper focuses on meaningful communication activity, describes it, and analyzes it using a relevant theory set of theories.

The “event” is a communication episode that involve significant interpersonal communication activity. The interpersonal event can be real or one presented via mediated communication, such as film or television.
The ICEA should include the following:
1. A summary description of the event, i.e., what, when, how the event happened, who was involved, and other pertinent descriptive information (e.g., where it appeared or occurred).
2. Presentation and description of an interpersonal theory from the weekly readings that will be used to analyze the communication event, as well as a rationale (explanation) for using the theory.
3. Application of the theory to the event, in other words, analysis of the event using the theory or theories. A good theoretical analysis of a communication event should provide insights into that event that description alone cannot.
4. Evaluation of the theory’s or theories’ usefulness in understanding the communication event.
5. The discussion should introduce communication concepts from a theory appropriate for analyzing the event and then apply those concepts. For example, a communication incident might be meaningfully understood via small group theories and concepts (groupthink, coalitions), interpersonal theories and concepts (compliance-gaining, self-disclosure), organizational theories and concepts (culture, climate), and so on. This analysis should be specific (rather than generic), thus demonstrating your ability to interpret communication activity in terms of pertinent interpersonal communication theories and concepts.
6. This should be in complete APA format and at least 500 words.

How is the role of managing school-aged students different from managing adults? Discuss the differences.

The age difference between adults and kids plays a huge role from managing school-aged students and managing adults. Adults are often less attention seeking, when working with school ages students they often require a lot of attention and redirecting. Adults also often have more of an attention span and more independence. Adults can often focus longer on lectures and take notes on their own, however school ages students are the complete opposite. They have short attention spans and often times need a lot of assistance. School ages students also need bathroom breaks, they cant really seem to hold their bladder. Adults can be given one assignment in one way all the time, however kids needs a variety of activities and options. Adults are generally in the classroom because they choose, where as kids have to be there. Next discipline, adults know the rules and if they dont follow them then they get the punishment, kids often gets a few chances before disciplined. Last, kids often bring enthusiasm and curiosity to the classroom, where as adults bring life experience. There are so many differences between kids and adults they both bring unique things to the classroom. Reference:
