The age difference between adults and kids plays a huge role from managing school-aged students and managing adults. Adults are often less attention seeking, when working with school ages students they often require a lot of attention and redirecting. Adults also often have more of an attention span and more independence. Adults can often focus longer on lectures and take notes on their own, however school ages students are the complete opposite.
