Explore data and create necessary visualization /graphics. Assume that you have been hired by a consulting firm as a DM analytics consultant for preliminary review of a clients project.

Your firstl project is an opportunity for you to show off your newly acquired quantitative /business analytics skills by managing data and performing analytics: The client is secretive about the project variables (we cannot assume finance /marketing /other). Your goal is to gain insights (just from the data, independent of the domain /business) from the attached dataset: clientX.csv a.USE attached data set: “ClientX.csv” b.The client has provided sample data of about 28 thousand items (attached) which were randomly drawn from a population of about 8 million items. c.Explore the complete data set Describe it using key statistical measures. d.Summarize the data set using appropriate measures, examine and comment on each variable e.Create relevant plots /data visualization to gain an overview of the whole data set, individual variables and relationships between the variables. f.Make notes on any insights you may find /any interesting pattern / observation, within the Excel tabs. g.Only ONE Excel file needs to be submitted. File must be original and individual student work – complete with all formulas and steps used. h.Use textbook and perform external research where required- Assume normal distribution for all variables for this question (g.1-7, though some variables are not normally distributed) Calculate the following probabilities First build solution and then briefly describe /list all insights & patterns /anomalies you find: 1.Probability of a random data point in each of these variables, starting with x1 being in between 11.7 & 12.8 2.Probability of x2 being in between 43 & 57 3.Probability of x3 being above 0.77 4.Probability of x4 being less than 75 5.Probability of Y being greater than 2.5 times its standard deviation. 6.Probability of Zeta being greater than 2288 7.In Zetas distribution, starting at the left tail, what point will contain 90% of all zeta values? This should be EXCEL FILE

Discuss the origins of the cold war. What were the fundamental differences between the Soviet Union and the United States? What role did ideology play in the cold war?

Examine the contrasting ideologies of the superpowers. (This could be found on the attachments pages 1057, 1058, 1059. Use one outside source as well). Critically analyze the practicum environment to determine what practices or situations are ineffective or would benefit from change.

Speak with your practicum mentor about evidence-based changes that are currently underway or have recently been implemented in your practicum setting.(childhood obesity program at local community center. Assess data and refer to theory as you do this. Propose a change in the practicum setting related to the translation of evidence into practice at the aggregate level. (Note: You are not required to implement the change, but you should select something that is feasible and appropriate given your practicum setting. You will use this proposed change to gain insights related to planning for and implementing change.) As you engage in your practicum experience, develop your journal entry, and prepare for the Discussion, keep the following questions in mind: What is the role of leadership in the change processspecifically as it relates to your practicum setting and the change you have identified? What are some facilitating and inhibiting factors with regard to leadership and this issue? Refer to leadership and change theory. What opportunities and challenges could arise based on your personal leadership style as well as your role within your practicum setting

Your introduction should include the title centered at the top. It should also include a literature review with 5 articles, a purpose and hypothesis statement at the end.
Method
Participants a description of the people participating
Materials what will be used to collect the data (surveys etc.)
Procedure a detailed description of how the study will proceed
Design the type of statistical design that will be used (etc. 2×2 ANOVA)

2.For each variable, do each of the following: (a) describe it, including how many different levels of the variable there will be (b) describe how you intend to manipulate the independent variable, and (c) explain why this variable is included in the design, and why each level of this variable is included.

3.Describe your dependent variable(s), including how each variable will be measured.

4.How many different conditions will there be in this experiment? (This is your independent variable)

5.How will you assign participants to the different conditions/levels?

6.What hypothesis or hypotheses will you be testing with this experiment?
