The individual assignment will require students to consider learning in terms of the module, as well as their own personal careers (be a CEO of my own company as an entrepreneur, now im on my first year in international business at university. and I will probably have a master in import and export in the future) and life chances. You must show all sources used providing a complete reference list of those sources using the Harvard system.
