Unit IVCase Study You are asked to evaluate employees exposures to methyl n-amyl ketone during a painting operation. After careful consideration, you choose NIOSH Method 2553 for the sampling. You can access the method by clicking the link below: National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. (2003). Ketones II: Method 2553. In P. M. Eiler & M. E. Cassinelli (Eds.), NIOSH manual of analytical methods (4th ed.). Retrieved from https://www.cdc.gov/niosh/docs/2003- 154/pdfs/2553.pdf Your pre-sampling and post-sampling pump calibrations using a primary standard are both 0.05 L/min. You collect personal samples on two employees working in the operation. The samples are collected for 430 minutes (Sample 1) and 440 minutes (Sample 2). 1. Calculate the sample volumes for each of the samples. The laboratory reports that the front section of Sample 1 contains 5,000 g of methyl n-amyl ketone and the back section contains 200 g of methyl n-amyl ketone. The front section of Sample 2 contains 4,000 g of methyl n-amyl ketone and the back section contains 50 g of methyl n-amyl ketone. Neither the front nor back sections of the field blank you supplied contain any detectable levels of methyl n-amyl ketone. 1. Calculate the concentrations of the two personal samples in g/L and mg/m. 2. Convert the result to ppm (MW for methyl n-amyl ketone = 114.2). Note: Use the ideal gas constant of 24.45. 3. Show all the steps for your calculations. You then reference OSHAs Table Z-1 and find that the 8-hour TWA PEL for methyl n-amyl ketone is 100 ppm 1. Discuss how the results of the two personal samples you collected compare to the OSHA PEL, and describe the sampling method you implemented. You also look up the ACGIH TLV for methyl n-amyl ketone and find that the TLV is 50 ppm as an 8-hour TWA exposure. 1. Discuss how the results for the two personal samples compare to the ACGIH TLV. 2. Discuss whether you would recommend comparing the results of your sampling to the OSHA PEL or the ACGIH TLV. Include your rationale for the choice, and explain how you would rationalize your choice to your employer. The case study should be a minimum of three pages in length, and you should cite the NIOSH document using APA style.

(Based on your target career or speciality, identify and describe what you feel are the TWO most important elements of a UK Employment Agreement and why.)
My career of choice is to become is system engineer, I think the two of the most important element for UK Employment Agreement is (about 300 words)Element Two (LO2)Topic
(Identify FIVE key skills required by global employers in your target career or speciality. What are they and why are they important to YOUR speciality?)According to Target Jobs, five key skills required by global employers for system engineer is being able to work as a team, work being accuracy and precision, have an innovative mindset, have good communication skills, and have self-discipline, and the reason is below.Firstly, the reason why Team work is important is because building or maintain a system is not a one man job. And normally for each project the project manager will choice a project methodology than broken down the work to different team, then the team leader will be broken down the work again to different engineer, and there will be a tight schedule, as it’s expensive to put too much time on a single project. In such a work environment, not having a good team work skills will be difficult for the staff and also the employers. For example, if one of the staff is being behind with his/her schedule, and not trying to get the team to help. It might drag the entire project behind schedule. Which will cost the employer money, and the employer may lay the engineer off. Secondly, the reason why being attention to detail is important is because system developing is not allowed to have faulted, a faulty system could cause a big consequence. For example recently airline Cathay Pacific have faulted with their online ticket booking system, causes the website to displace a much lower price than it supposed to be, which causing the company to lose a lot of money(Guardian, 2019).Thirdly, the reason why innovation is important for system engineer, is because a major task for a system engineer is to create a solution for a problem, also keep improve the system to be better, faster, more stable. To be able to do that, the engineer have to have a creative mindset, think outside the box. One of the smartest solution a software engineer have come up with is to use CAPTCHA to train AI. Every time you log on to your account onto a website you have overcome a CAPTCHA, it might ask you to type the text in the picture or click the object that it ask you to click in the picture. And normally they will ask you to pass thought twice, the first half is to verify you are not a robot, the second time is to make you teach the robot to recognize text or object in image (Techrader, 2018). Fourthly, the reason why good communication skill is important, is because system engineer not only have to communicate with their colleague, but also their client, to make sure their work suit their client need. Poor communication skills will result in having to redo the whole project.
Finally, the reason why self-discipline is important, is because system engineer work required a lot of individual input, each of the engineer work is essential for the project to complete, so self-discipline is very important. For example if one of the engineer is taking too much break, it might result in delay the whole project. In addition, system engineer sometimes will have access to other company sensitive information, or even user personal detail. In this extent self-discipline is very important.Element Three (LO3 AND LO4)

: Contested Sovereignty: Jurisdiction and Power in Contemporary International Relations
Answer one of the questions below in 3,000 words.
1. Sir Arthur Watts wrote, States through their rulers or governments, think of themselves as sovereign. They do not, of course, always know what sovereignty means, but it is clearly worth having and keeping. Comment and critically analyse Watts statement and the broader issues it raises.
2. Do you agree that the codification of state sovereignty led inexorably to the Holocaust and atomic warfare?
3. In what respects, if any, has sovereignty been undermined in the post-Cold War era? Has this been a positive or negative development? When marking essays, lecturers will consider:
the extent to which you demonstrate a capacity to analyse your chosen topic;
the extent to which the remit of the assignment has been met;
the range of research and collation of information and material;
the structure and coherence of the argument;
the clarity and accuracy with which ideas are expressed;
the selection and correct attribution of sources in support of an argument
This is an MSc Project Management Coursework
This module provides an overview of the financial, economic and appraisal aspects to projects and programmes. The deliverable of this coursework is the carrying out of a detailed project post-completion project appraisal on a major project either from your organisation or other source (where you have access to sufficient data). This should consider the re-evaluation of the funding approach, early decision models employed, procurement/contract strategy and the effectiveness of ongoing monitoring throughout the project lifecycle. Your report should make recommendations on how project feasibility, finance and evaluation can be enhanced for future projects of this type. The report will enable you to critically evaluate a major project drawing on project economics, feasibility analysis and period evaluation models.
Your assignment should be in the form of a professional report. Your report will be supported with a clear theoretical rationale, academic references, relevant project data, references to project specifications and any other information necessary to substantiate the findings.
Does Instagram have an impact on the fashion industry? You can choose a total different research question if you think that would be easier or if there is too little information about the current one. If you change please just send me an email about the new one that you choose. please email me if you have any questions It doesn’t have to be 42 references, can be more or less, as long as its good 🙂
Criteria & Marking:Your paper will be marked according to the following criteria:
1. Written style (grammar, spelling and punctuation)
2. Essay structure (logical flow of ideas and material, appropriate structure, clear introduction, body, and
conclusion). You may use subheadings.
3. Evidence that you have read beyond the chosen article
4. Evidence of critical thinking (don’t just summarise the article – demonstrate that you understood the method, the findings, and the implications of the study. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of
the study) :Length: 1500 wordsReview the following Article Messina et al (2010). A randomized experimental study of gender-responsive substance abuse treatment for women in prison Journal of Substance Abuse Treatment.
1. In order to do this, you will need to cite at least three (3) other recent papers to demonstrate how you have located this work in the context of other empirical research on the topic. In this section you might want to consider the following promptsBriefly describe how this articled fits in with (or conflicts with) others on the topic
Does it move the field forward? Does it ask a new question? Does it replicate a previous study?
How does it add to our knowledge of the topic?
In the several years since its publication, what has its contribution been to the field?
2. Briefly describe what the authors did (and how they did it) Be sure to describe their methods clearly and succinctly. Demonstrate that you understand the scientific method. Describe their sample, data collection procedures, etc. Describe what they did, to whom, under what circumstances, and to what end.3. Briefly describe what the authors found Be sure to mention their research questions and hypotheses. Did they answer them? Did their findings support or reject their hypotheses? 4. Describe the implications of the study (for policy, research, clinical practice, etc) Explain why this study is important Comment on the extent to which you think this paper has the power to impact change in the field? If so, how? If not, why not?5. Briefly describe the limitations of the study. How might these be overcome? What would you do differently if given the chance to replicate this study? Perhaps it should never be replicated? (why?)Your answers should be written in an essay format (with an identifiable introduction, body, and conclusion). You must conform to APA style and will be marked down for multiple and distracting errors. You may use subheadings to better organize your ideas. This adds structure and makes it easier to write
