Complete the Task and Relationship Questionnaire: Report on your score for this questionnaire and tell how your preferences for task or relationship behaviors impact the way you tend to lead and manage others. Fully explain what it means to be task or relationship oriented before you talk about the impact of these styles.
C. Complete the Path Goal Leadership Questionnaire and report your scores and describe the implications of these scores for how you lead others. In other words what behaviors are your subordinates likely to see with a person who has these scores?
D. Complete the Psychodynamic Approach Questionnaire — this is a very brief form of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Score the instrument and describe how your personality style would impact the way you lead.Second:Using the results from the 4 questionnaires determine your specific leadership style; explain/support how the results from each questionnaire led you to determine your preferred leadership style. Essay #2 is a research essay. that means it requires you to engage with other critical writing on the text you are discussing in your essay. In essence, what you are doing in this essay in entering into a discussion or debate about the text and situating yourself in that debate. In the introduction, you devote the first few sentences to introducing the short story and its main themes. You then devote 1-2 sentences to the scholarly article under analysis, stating what it is about in general. You conclude your introductory paragraph with your main thesis statement which should include your own original idea about the short story. In the body of the essay, you devote each body paragraph to a separate point of your argument. In each paragraph, you need to provide evidence/examples for your argument from the primary text (the short story) and secondary source (the article). So basically you only use relevant points from the articles to back your own arguments. In the conclusion, you summarize everything you mentioned earlier.
Independently: Each member of the group will write a case Conceptualization. The following outline is the format of the paper and use the headings and subheadings below (i.e. Theoretical Perspective Conceptualization, Actual or Core Issues, Relevant Research Examining Counseling Treatment and Theoretical Approach, Why This Model Fits You Best as A Therapist).( do a case conceptualization on the chapter 11 assessment ,which is Career and employment assessment. If you do not have a copy of the APA Publication Manual, check online resources, the library, and/or purchase your own copy. You will need the Manual for your graduate work. References: Your references can be selected from your textbook and you can also include any other relevant literature on your selected assessment. Citations: You must cite appropriately using APA format. It is your responsibility to understand how to use the APA Manual for citations and the reference page. Internet references do not count (e.g., Wikipedia). Plagiarism will result in an automatic grade of zero and be referred to the Academic Honesty Committee. Note that plagiarism at the graduate level is an automatic dismissal.This can be written in first person but must be typed and use APA format.
