I can’t seem to see why that’d be wrong… For the most part, the internet can be seen as a space that everyone with access can use to share their ideas, their work, their passions and so much more! It makes the world a smaller place and brings people together in ways previously thought to be unimaginable. Does that mean “bad people” don’t misuse or abuse it? Absolutely not! Look at any phase in history and you’ll find people who have abused the system. As long as there are loopholes, there will be those that use them, that is the truth, like it or not. One can’t avoid it, but one can learn to adapt to it for sure. In the information age, adaption is more important than hard and fast methods of operation.Answer 3 Example: With how different the policies are across the globe with regards to media content, I feel like if a global law were to be passed it would focus on something like inclusivity, not so much in the variety of content that is available (because that’d end up effecting people’s freedom of choice), but how it is made available. For instance, a law that makes it mandatory for any visual media content commercially produced (movies, TV shows and the like) to be available in at least a set number of languages, say, the top 5-10 most widely spoken languages across the globe. That way more people will be able to enjoy their content without having to worry about things like language barriers, and once technology is advance enough, the content can be adapted into more languages to make the webspace a place to discover new languages if nothing else.
