The structure differs from a report in that the body is not organised into structured sections, but rather presents the information as a flowing dialogue organised into paragraphs. You may include some pictures, tables and/or diagrams where directly relevant or essential to the topic being discussed, but the important elements from any figures should be discussed in the text.
