Compare Daily Average Number of Patients by nursing unit for patients in the same month for two consecutive years. Using Excel, create a bar graph demonstrating the variations in volume for each of the months in the years compared. Using Excel, create a table of reportable Inpatient Deaths and Discharges for each month in the reporting year. Calculate the Death Rate for each Month. Using the data in your table, create a line graph showing the death rate for one full year. Using two years of data (tabs at the bottom of the page) create a table in Excel displaying the total patient days for each month of the two year period.
