Using the case study you will develop a written consultancy report that provides an analysis of the chosen supply chain issue that the case study organisation faces, a discussion of how to improve and a project plan to implement your recommendation. In the seminars, some case studies will be explored, you then select one to be the focus of your assignment. You will write a consultancy report based on analysing the chosen case, making recommendations and showing how they could be implemented through a project plan. 1. Scenario Evaluation: Select one of the following case studies which is Disneyland Paris. 2. Evaluate your chosen business scenario in 600-700 words, through applying supply chain theory/models and ideas. 3. Scenario Recommendation – Based on your evaluation of the chosen business scenario in section 1, making your recommendations for the company to improve its supply chain in 600-700 words. Use the analysis to make recommendations for improvement. 4. Plan and Risks – Develop a project plan to improve the supply chain scenario you discussed in section 2 (i.e. implement your recommendation). This will include the risk assessment plan for the project. (600-700 words) 5. Academic Rigour – Your assignment should clearly include the academic insight, i.e. the concepts and the supporting references involved, indicated in the report and listed in the references and bibliography.
