From all outward appearances Sam had the perfect skill set and temperament for the role and one year into he was meeting his targets. Everyone in his team liked Sam; as he was friendly and worked hard. Lewis a junior staff joined Sam’s team. The problem started when three months into the job, Lewis exhibited needing behavior.
