Next, change/replace 1-3 words in each of the questions which would make them impermissible. Finally, explain why each modified question would be impermissible and what/which legal standard(s) it would violate, specifically. Also, list an example of a means of assessment which has high construct validity and one that has poor/weak construct validity and why. Give an example of a personnel policy that would help attract a larger pool of job candidates. Give an example of a personnel policy that would likely reduce the pool of candidates. Would you expect these policies to influence the quality as well as the number of applicants? Why or why not? Of the types/techniques of interviews discussed in chapter 6, which is the most useful for selecting appropriate and qualified candidates? Which is the least useful? Provide at least 2 credible sources which lend credence to your choice for each. If you were the interviewer, would you rely more on objective/statistical information or subjective/judgmental information? Why? Again, provide at least 2 credible sources which lend credence to your choice.
