Examples of relationships that may work would be parental or sibling relationships, romantic partners, extended friendships, intimate mentorships, etc. They will then structure this paper in the following way. Part I: Students will discuss 2-3 central concepts that have been presented throughout class. This will be the research-heavy part of the paper. Students should carefully select concepts that will be applicable to their relationship, describe them in detail, and explain how the theory/model works. This part of the paper will involve a lot of citations (done in APA format), maybe some quoting from papers, and maybe some outside literature. Part II: Students will describe a relationship in detail, providing some level of history and context.
