Quality Improvement (QI)/Safety Project Plan Each student will identify a QI/Patient Safety improvement opportunity (Reducing lab draws in the Long Term Acute Care, LTAC) Scholarly Project. The student will obtain approval for the project topic from the instructor. The student will plan the project, but will not carry out the project during the course. The project plan will be 10-15 pages, including charts, graphs, etc, in APA style. This assignment will be graded using the framework below and the Graduate Program Writing Rubric found in the Appendix. Please note that papers with a similarity score of > 30% will be accepted.
