Verify that the table was exported correctly, and return to the exploring_a08_Grader_h3_LastFirst database. Do not save the export steps. 3 Modify the Summary by ServiceID query so that it displays only orders from location 3 (which is Raleigh). Save, run, and then close the query. Export the query to Excel, and save the workbook as exploring_a08_Grader_Raleighorders_LastFirst. 4 Review the exported data, and close Excel. Do not save the export steps. Import the Excel spreadsheet back into the database as a linked table named Raleigh Property Updates, with the first row headings as field names. 5 Open the Raleigh Property Updates table, and close the table. Do not save the import steps. 6 Open exploring_a08_Grader_Ordersexcel.xslx, and review the data in the spreadsheet. Exit Excel, and return to exploring_a08_Grader_h3_LastFirst. Import the Excel spreadsheet as a table named Orders_Excel with the first row as column headings and OrderID as the primary key field. Do not save the import steps. 7 Open exploring_a08_Grader_Ordersaccess.accdb, and review the data in the Orders_Access table. Close exploring_a08_Grader_Ordersaccess, and return to exploring_a08_Grader_h3_LastFirst. Create a link to the Orders_Access table in the exploring_a08_Grader_Ordersaccess database. Do not save the import steps. 8 Open exploring_a08_Grader_Orderstext.csv, and review the data. Exit Excel, and return to exploring_a08_Grader_h3_LastFirst. Import the data as Orders_Text from the exploring_a08_Grader_Orderstext.csv text file using the first row headings as field names and OrderID as the primary key field into the database. Do not save the import steps. 9 Save a copy of the file exploring_a08_Grader_Orderstext as exploring_a08_Grader_Orderstext_LastFirst with the text file format (.txt). Edit the file using the Notepad program to delete the first record, OrderID 4001, and reimport the modified text file into your database as Orders_Text. Overwrite the original table when prompted. 10 Save the database. Close the database, and then exit Access. Submit the exploring_a08_Grader_h3_LastFirst.accdb database as directed. Total Score 25
