Enlisting Stakeholders in Action PlanningSo much must be considered when planning for effective instruction for all students. To be successful, however, district leadership must focus stakeholders on a few very important goals. As a CIA leader, you may lead or assist in a goal-setting process that recognizes district culture, priorities, and needs. With a well-developed action plan, you can engage stakeholders, create momentum, and fully implement strategies that can be maintained through the duration of a specific plan of action. The success of the action plan is based on well-developed goals.As an effective district leader in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, it will be important that you communicate well orally and in writing. Helping people stay motivated will require you to be relentless, reflective, and resilient.
