Evaluate the internal processes or strategies within an organization in which you are involved, such as your workplace, school, church, or community group, in order to identify a problem that provides an opportunity for innovation.

Evaluate the internal processes or strategies within an organization in which you are involved, such as your workplace, school, church, or community group, in order to identify a problem that provides an opportunity for innovation. Then, determine an innovative solution for addressing that problem. Examples of potential solutions are entering a new market, implementing a new practice or process, or even changing management structures. The ultimate goal of your solution should be to increase the diffusion of innovation within the organization and contribute to a culture that appreciates innovation as a key to competitive advantage and organizational success. Though your final paper will not be due until the end of the course, you should identify your problem and generate potential solutions early on. Begin drafting your implementation plan in stages as you work through the course topics. As with your CLC project, you should research and select a model for evaluating both the feasibility of your idea and the implementation plan. In 1,500-2,000 words, address the following in your plan: Describe the problem your innovation targets. What is the scope of the problem and which stakeholders, both within the organization and without, does it impact? Describe your innovation and explain how it addresses the problem. How will it meet the needs of the organization and all stakeholders involved? How does the innovation contribute to the organizations competitive advantage? Develop an implementation plan for effectively diffusing the innovation within the organization. Make sure the plan addresses potential resistance and obstacles, including people and processes. Identify an appropriate method that could be used for measuring the impact of the innovation on the organization. Explain why you think this is a relevant measure. Finally, assume your innovation is adopted by the organization. Make recommendations for additional improvements within in this organization (in processes, practices, structures, etc.) that could create and sustain momentum for innovation.

How do you evaluate whether your findings from the above analysis should be used to make changes in how press releases are used?

The Budget office of the State of Texas is contemplating two alternative plans to explore a change in how it utilizes press releases.Plan A: Send press releases 1 through 5 (Group 1) using the existing approach. Send press releases 6 through 10 (Group 2) using the new approach. All newspapers on their list will receive both groups of releases. Compare average number of news items resulting from Group 1 with the number resulting from Group 2.Plan B: Compare the number of news items being shown in 3 groups of newspapers. Group 1: 25 randomly assigned papers will receive press releases 1-5 using the new approach. Group 2: 25 randomly assigned papers will receive press releases 1-5 using the old approach. Group 3: 25 remaining papers will not receive press releases 1-5.The Budget office is exploring if either approach leads to increased readership which is evaluated by the number of papers sold.*Use Research Methods to answer questions below*What would your null and alternative hypothesis be to address this question?Would you look at the entire population or do some type of sampling to examine this question? Explain why or why not.If you were to gather data through a survey what types of error should you be particularly keen to avoid? What measures of variability and central tendency would you use to evaluate plans A and B. List only one measure of variability and one measure of central tendency. If comparing the means between these plans tell me the type of test that you would use and the variables used in the analysis? How do you evaluate whether your findings from the above analysis should be used to make changes in how press releases are used? (Hint: What specifically are you looking for in your data analysis findings to help you understand if your findings are salient?)

Conduct secondary research on consumer behaviour relating to your product.

You are likely to find information on target markets and on purchase/usage motivations and behaviours. It is expected that you have at least 4-6 total sources. Among them should be at least two academic sources. Primary research: Interview two or more people so you can compare and contrast your behaviour to those of your interview subjects. At least one of those interviewed must have purchased a product similar to yours or a substitute that fulfils the same function (neednt be the same brand). Interviewing a nonuser or someone from a different culture as a part of your research can be particularly enlightening. That said, do not interview more than one non-user. For example, ask your interviewees to fully describe how they went about deciding what to buy and making the purchase. How and when did they use the item? Probe for details. What motivated them? How do they share opinions about the purchase and the product? Youll have to create an interview discussion guide. It is recommend that you conduct interviews after you do your secondary research and reflect upon your own purchase. Maintain interviewee anonymity in your paper, but note demographic, psychographic characteristics. Include a sample interview guide as well as interview notes in the appendix. The notes can be rough. A. Relate your purchase to the concepts covered in readings and lectures. You are to integrate an analysis that applies a wide range of course terms and concepts, yet examines key areas in depth. All materials for the project should be collected specifically for this particular project and all work should be done individually. Limit your paper to 7 pages single-spaced pages (the limit doesnt include title page, exhibits or appendices). The structure of the paper is at your discretion, but all topics listed above should be covered well. It might help to use headings throughout so that it can be easier to discern its structure. It is strongly recommended that you follow the suggested flow outlined in this document. Please list all your sources, including all full URLs. You neednt reference all of the concepts covered in the course, but it is important to demonstrate a deep understanding of consumer behaviour as well as the ability to apply the course material. You are being marked on a demonstration of critical thinking, creativity and strategic analysis. Please do not waste space defining terms- rather focus on connecting the dots and providing a thorough and deep analysis. I already started if you can please expand on what I started and correct and take out what you think doesnt need to be there and add to it. Executive Summary: The following report outlines consumer behaviour regarding breast augmentation and purchase. Breast Augmentation remains the most popular procedure in plastic surgery. (evidence based medicine) Understanding what motivates people to purchase them will give us a better understanding of why people would go through such an evasive procedure to look better. Through secondary and primary research consisting of surveys and interviews, and an analysis relating respondents answers to consumer behaviour concepts, this report aims to understand the motivations behind why people are willing to augment their bodies and their response to various marketing tactics. Introduction: (may be repetitive, delete what is repetitive) In the last year, I made the decision to get breast implants. Breast Augmentation remains most popular procedure in plastic surgery. (evidence based medicine). According to (https://academic.oup.com/asj/article/33/2/252/277048 ) 65% the motivation was cosmetic, 48% emotional reasons (reduced self-esteem), 22% intimate reasons, 10% physical reasons. The reason for my decision heavily weighted on a few things most important being that the cost was covered by my boyfriend. I didnt do much research because my boyfriend covered the cost and went with what was recommended by the surgeon. I have always wanted larger breast size because I was always compensating for the size I had, push up brasetc. A part of me also wanted to feel more secure about myself and body. Cant help but notice that popular women, those with many followers or likes have large breast. I wanted to feel more attractive and wanted to feel like I can compete. I made the purchase on October 29 and it cost me $10,000. I am happy with this decision however, the only regret I have is not going bigger. Introduction and Topic Selection Breast Augmentation is thought to improve ones physical appearance and make a person more attractive, while inherently expressing a persons personality/sexuality. Breast Augmentation can range from small to large (80 CC up to 800 CC. The width of the base also varies from 7.4 cm to 17.2 cm. Natural (tear drop) to round, low, moderate or full sizes. The surgeon will essentially take your current weight, height and breast size and make a size recommendation. In my case, the largest I could have gotten was 565 CC, but opted for a smaller size. Breast augmentation is something that a women who is struggling to find acceptance of her natural body in a world perpetuated by women who are only attractive if they look a certain way. Women augment their appearance to appear more attractive and to follow more closely the ideological standard of beauty set out by the media. Not all women get breast augmentation surgery to look better some may need it for medical reasons or because the shape changed after going through a pregnancy/breast feeding. I am happy with my decision. The only regret I have is that I didnt go bigger. I dont feel like there is a major difference between what I had and what I got. Women set standards depending on what they see is successful. In todays society, likes and followers are a measure of social media success. If you were to compare breast size and followers on Instagram for instance, you will see a positive relationship, the larger the breast size the more followers. The majority of females today would like to seem sexy to who they are trying to attract, including myself. Breast augmentation is becoming a common surgery for women to enhance, maintain or return what they once had. Secondary Research Consumers: The demographics of breast augmentation point to a highly female dominated market, with the age of consumers beginning ??? However, there are an array of shapes and sizes ranging from natural/low to round/full for all types of women. Who are the consumers??? This is where your secondary research comes into play. Breast implant and where people flock to get them: -find sources that talk about the breast augmentation industry in Beverly hills and brazil Consumer behavior: -why do women want to buy breast implants? Suppose a new volume with feminist texts preceding the first feminist wave is issued, including the texts by de Pisan, Wollstonecraft and Mill All texts in the volume are published in separate chapters with an introduction.

The term feminism dates from the end of the 19th century. It was first coined in Europe,
and shortly afterwards adopted in the US, to refer to the social and political struggle for the
improvement of the position of women in society. The struggle for the vote for women
launched feminism as we now know it: an organized and institutionalized movement. Since
the first feminist wave that started in 19th century there has been a second one in the 1960-ies
to 1980-ies and, arguably, we are witnessing a third feminist wave in the 21st century.
In this course the label feminism has also been applied to texts published before the advent
of the first feminist wave: Christine de Pisans The Book of the City of Ladies, Mary
Wollstonecrafts Vindication of the Rights of Women and John Stuart Mills The Subjection of
Women.
Suppose a new volume with feminist texts preceding the first feminist wave is issued,
including the texts by de Pisan, Wollstonecraft and Mill All texts in the volume are published in separate chapters with an introduction.
Write the introduction for the Pisan chapter or the Wollstonecraft chapter or the Mill chapter of
this putative volume, paying attention to each of the following aspects:
(a) The main arguments of the text under consideration. Illustrate your answer with at least
one significant quote from the text.
(b) An assessment of its feminist character (under a broad definition of feminism).
(c) Its current relevance: why should we read this text today?
